English 3, Post 7, Choice of Two Topics
To be completely honest, the choice of topic complicated me a bit since I do not know a website related to my career that generates special intrigue related to my career and I do not have a reference in my specialty, so I was forced to instruct me in the history of chemistry and pharmacy, a situation for which I encourage myself to talk about not one, but 3 people, their names are: Federico Philippi, Ignacio Domeyko and José Bustillos.
The reason for my admiration is that they were teachers of what would later become the first generation of pharmaceutical students in Chile around 1945.
His contribution was to train students in a prehistoric chemist and pharmacy that received the name of "pharmacy class", they were teachers who instructed chemistry to that first generation of pharmacists.
Regarding their biographies, it was difficult for me to find detailed information, for sure they were educated people in the area of science and medicine who worked for the University of Chile during the 40/50 decade.
Thank you for reading.
Checked.
